Policy Update

NDRC Released the Catalogue for the Industrial Entry to Qianhai and the Pilot Program Has Been Further Consolidated

The National Development and Reform Commission (NDRC) has officially issued the Catalogue for the Industrial Entry to the Qianhai Shenzhen- HongKong Modern Service Industry Cooperation Zone (hereinafter referred to as “the Catalogue”). The Catalogue highlights the strategic planning and features of the industrial development in Qianhai going forward, to center around the development of financial and production service industry to promote economic integration in Shenzhen and HongKong. Released less than half a month before the 2nd session of the Joint Ministerial Meeting for Qianhai Construction, the Catalogue is the latest achievement of the pilot program in Qianhai after the implantation of 14 of the 22 policies approved by the State Council.
