The rebounded Chinese economy, together with prospects on aggravating inflation and build-up pressure from withdrawn of economic stimulus policies, provide a review of state macro-economic control measures. Recently, a series of regulations and rules have been formulated targeting real estate industry, a key field under the attention of governments with state macro-control. Beyond all doubt, polices adjustment concerning bank credit, land management will exert a profound influence on real estate industry this year.


How to fellow the proper trend of policies in connection with real estate industry? How to unearth the investment opportunity? What kind of changes may occur on financing channels and the chance and challenge PF/VCs may face with?


China Venture Capital Association (CVCA) and China Real Estate Developers and Investors Association (CREDIA ) will jointly launch the seminar on Real Estate Investment Strategy on May 18 in Shanghai. Our guest speakers from different fields in China Real Estate will share their years of experiences and practices in real estate investment including prediction on development of real estate industry, the financing model and case studies regarding the real estate investment practice.
