At the first event of CVCA Senior Executive Investment and Management Sharing Series in 2011, we are honored to have Mr. Andrew Yan, the Managing Partner of SAIF Partners and Governor of CVCA as our keynote speaker. Mr. Yan is one of most prestigious and successful capitalists in China's VCPE community. During this roundtable luncheon, he will share with us his rich experience and wisdom on The balance of managing USD funds and RMB funds - How to deal with the resource allocation, investor relations and more. He will also answer questions concerning the current hot issues in the venture capital and private equity industry in China.

Mr. Andrew Yan joined SAIF in October 2001 and heads SAIF as the Managing Partner. Prior to joining SAIF, Mr. Yan was Managing Director & Head of Hong Kong Office of Emerging Markets Partnership which is the Principal Advisor to AIG Asian Infrastructure Funds. He has held the position of Director for Strategic Planning & Business Development at Sprint International Corporation. His career also spans his work as an Economist with The World Bank - Policy, Planning, and Research Division and he was a Research Fellow at the Hudson Institute Washington, D.C. as well as a Research Fellow at the State Commission for Economic Restructuring of the State Council of China. He has also worked as Chief Engineer with Jianghuai Airplane Corporation.
