Seminar between CVCA delegation and Asset Management Association of China

The afternoon on March 23, 2016, China Venture Capital and Private Equity Association (CVCA) delegation made an official visit to Asset Management Association of China (AMAC), conducted deep discussion with AMAC leaders and gave specific proposals concerning key topics on Notice on further standardize the registration of private equity fund managers.

　　 About 17 senior representatives from CVCA members attended the seminar. They are Qiming Venture Partners, CITIC Capital, DT Capital Partners, CITICPE, Goldman Sachs, CDH, KPCB China, Sequoia Capital, PAG, Bo Yu Venture Capital, Han Yi Law Offices, and Fangda Partners, respectively.

Duane Kuang , Chairman of Industry Policy Committee in CVCA and Founding Managing Partner of Qiming Venture, led this delegation with Yichen Zhang, CEO of CITIC Capital. AMAC party secretary and president Lei Hong welcomed CVCA and its members, and introduced status quo of the development in private equity industry. Duane Kuang thanked Lei Hong for his systematic introductions, and organized attendees to deeply discuss topics in terms of private equity funds registration and information disclosure with AMAC leaders.
