Opportunities for Innovation: The PE investment in China amid a global Economic Downturn

The 2nd China Equity Funds Annual Conference was held successfully in Tianjin on June 10th. The theme was Opportunities for Innovation: The PE Investment in China amid a Global Economic Downturn. The parallel forum of The 3rd China International Private Equity Forum, this annual conference was co-held by Tianjin Venture Capital Association, China Venture Capital Association and co-guided by The Department of Fiscal and Financial Affairs of China National Development and Reform Commission and China Equity Fund and Venture Capital Association(preparatory).

At the meeting related important national leaders domestic industry policy makers, industry veterans and experts worked together to discuss a sustainable development strategy and shared their experiences and feelings. All the speeches guests delivered wonderful speeches concerning the latest policy information and the guidance of China equity funds industry.

The Venture Capital Forum and the Private Equity Forum focused on the hot issues of VC/PE industries, including what kind of changes should be made in VC/PE; investment; program management and exit strategy amid the global financial crisis and economic downturn; how to nurture local LPs; and how the government leads the institution investors enter PE market.
