"The Legal and Regulatory Framework of Chinese Companies Listed in European Countries " organized by China Venture Capital Association and  Europe- China Commercial Union was held successfully on June 16th in Shanghai. There were more than 30 delegates from enterprises, VC/PE, law firms and accounting firms attended the event. PhD. Tingting Wu and Rolland Long, Managing Director of VestAsia did the presentation.
