　　CVCA's "RMB Fund vs. USD Fund: Limited Partnership Agreement Survey Report 2011" Launch Event and RMB Fund LPA Seminar was successfully held in Shanghai's Gubei Fortune Center on November 2, 2011. The seminar attracted almost 70 members and professionals in the VC/PE industry. CVCA also invited lots experts in the VC/PE industry to share their ideas on the development trend between RMB fund and USD fund.

　　CVCA participants shared the gains of the "Limited Partnership Agreement Survey Report 2011", including the primary data and charts. Mr. Vincent Guo and Ms. Queenie You from CVCA analyzed the comparison and the development trend between RMB funds and USD funds on the basis of the survey. Their deep analysis and plentiful data won great feedback from the participants.

Meanwhile, Mr. Tao Xudong, partner from Junhe Law Office gave a speech on the topic of legal analysis on key clauses and key points in the Limited Partnership Agreement. Ms. Ye Hong, International and M&A Tax services partner from Deloitte shared her ideas on the influence of the Limited Partnership Agreement and fund structures from the tax perspective

After the speech of Mr. Tao and Ms. Ye, Mr. Ye Pengju, Finance Office Director of The Development and Reform Commission of Changning District, gave a detailed introduction to the investment environment of Changning District and Shanghai Hongqiao Linkong Business Park, especially in respect to the development of the VC/PE industry.

Mr. York Chen, Founding Managing Partner of iD TechVentures Ltd, Ms. Huoy-Ming Yeh, Managing Director of SVB Capital China, Mr. Fumin Zhuo, Managing Partner of GGV Capital with Mr. Tao Xudong and Ms. Ye Hong discussed the hot issues in the Limited Partnership Agreement. The participants were attracted by speakers ‘sharp ideas and humorous words. Combined with their own practice and experience, the speakers also answered lots of practical questions from the participants.
