CVCA held a seminar on FE's Involvement in Acquisition & Restructure of Listed Companies ("List Co") on 5th June in Beijing. Professionals from CVCA member firms including Hony Capital, CITIC Capital, Qiming Ventures, Legend Capital and China Equity jointed the seminar.

Yu ZHANG, partner of Global Law Offices shared cases and summarized different categories of PE's involvement in Acquisition & Restructure of List Co. Members also joined the discussion on the operational issues they encountered during significant assets restructuring of List Co, List Co acquiring target company, and PE & List Co jointly establishing fund.

For the second part of the seminar, Alex Liu, partner of Global Law Offices, briefed M&A Rules for Non-listed Public Companies in comparison with List Co.
