CVCA held the annual China Venture Capital and Private Equity Management Course in Shenzhen for the first time on April 16 and 17, 2014. Around 60 CVCA members and professionals from non-member companies attended the four-module training.

Speakers shared their extensive practical experience with numerous first-hand cases on fund formation and operation, fundraising process, deal selection and due diligence, financial forecasting and valuation, typical term sheet and analysis, legal documents, enterprise integration and value-added services, exit methods, domestic market listing and overseas IPO, etc, with the attendees.

Presentations are followed by the highly interactive Q & A session. Attendees provided lots of positive feedback on the training and speakers.
