CVCA Academy Management Series-Valuation and Investments in Early-stage Entities

CVCA conducted the training course of valuation and investments in early-stage entities in Shanghai on July 3. Almost 30 CVCA members and professionals from non-member companies attended the training.

CVCA invited Managing Directors of Duff & Phelps Sammy Lai and Simon Tsang as the speakers of the course. Both speakers shared their extensive practical experience with first-hand cases on characteristics of early-stage entities, valuation methods, common issues in valuation, and financial impacts of deal terms, and etc, with the attendees.

Presentations and speeches were followed by the highly interactive Q & A session.
