The CVCA seminar of investments on enterprise services and B2B Ecommerce was held on June 17 in Shanghai. It is the second one of CVCA series events on senior executives experience sharing. After Yabin Wu, Chief Economist of CVCA, and Wei Pu, Managing Director of Shanghai Guohe Capital, delivered opening remarks, Richard Gu, Partner of Chengwei Capital, made a presentation based on many cases of enterprise services, B2B Ecommerce, and 2B smart device sectors in mature and domestic market. He analyzed current trends in mature market and gave attendees an insight into the near future of domestic market. He indicated that domestic market has its advantages and immense potential. Richard expounded the opportunities and challenges for China's B2B Ecommerce platforms. He deems the ability to provide forecast and analysis other than trading platform is a key criteria in deal selection.

Afterwards entrepreneurs shared their thoughts on company and industry prospects. All participants communicated more and discussed further on some issues and questions such as valuation methods, decision making ways in deal selection, strengths and weaknesses for 2B to cover some 2C businesses, and etc,.
