On March 18, CVCA launched a series of senior executives experience sharing events with a seminar on Cross-Border M&A in Beijing. The series of events will provide a communication platform for industry experts by combining PE/VC topics with leisure subjects. Professionals from Cerberus Capital, Qiming Venture, DT Capital, CITIC PE, Legend Capital, New Horizon, Huaxin Capital, BHR, CICC Alpha, Shinevest Capital, 3Z Capial, Adventage Partners, and Intellium joined the event.

Xinghong Hua, Managing Director of Cerberus Capital, shared several M&A cases he experienced with attendees. He considered post-investment management as a key role in a successful M&A. The synergistic effect will be better realized if industry experts from the acquirer take part in the operations directly.

Afterwards participants communicated more and discussed further on some issues and questions in the procedure of M&A such as valuation, post investment management plan, culture difference, and etc,.
