Introduction

On behalf of the interest of VC/PE industry in the Greater China Region, CVCA actively promotes VC/PE industry policies’ legislation and enforcement, and aims to build an effective communication platform between VC/PE industry and the relevant governments, and optimizes the regulatory environment for the sustainable, healthy development of VC/PE industry in Greater China Region. 

The main responsibilities of CVCA Public Policy and Government Affairs:Monitor and analyze the latest development and trends of VC/PE policies and legislation, serving CVCA members by varies products such as CVCA alert, CVCA Policy Update, etc.

Draft policy white papers and position papers and submit to the relevant governments.

Hold regular IPC meetings to discuss key policy issues and develop effective action plans.

Organize governors and members to visit central and local governments to build a close and smooth relationship with relevant governments.

Organize policy seminars and meetings with key opinion leaders and government officials.

Assist members with resources and supports on public policy and government affairs issues.
