Introduction Overview This comprehensive management course is designed to provide the participants with a review and sharing of the good practices at Private Equity and Venture Capital industry, including the management of fund formation, fund raising, investment decision, deal execution, and post investment etc. Our training courses are led by highly seasoned industry practitioners engaged in years of investment in China and professional service experts. The course is geared to provide in-depth practical training, case studies and with active Q&A. The course provides you an opportunity to get closer to industrial leaders and their insights, as well as enable you to build a valuable network in the community.
